August 18th is my official move-out/in day. I’m finally moving back to Northridge after a year of commuting everyday from home to school. Knowing what it feels like to live on my own and back home makes me appreciate the little things that I took for granted. I never really took advantage of the ‘free' food that was at home; It's not really free, but hey, i'm not the one making or paying for it. It was even nice that my mom would always pack me lunch so I could eat it during school or at work. I will be coming home on the weekends however as I found a pretty high paying job on the weekend that's close by home. I just can't wait to finally re-live the 'college' life or experience. And no, that does not mean being under the influence of something almost every night. I want to live on my own again and just be able to open doors that I wasn't able to while staying at home.
